Here’s an interesting notion. If worldview change ends up being as novel and critical an integration of study as I claim (or rather, hope) it will be, then should other people want to follow suit, someone needs to site the academic trail. Consider the following elements:

  • Sequential curriculum in the classics relating to worldviews from a variety of different fields including systems theory, anthropology, history of science, religion, biology, sociology, psychology, learning, history, communications, and others.
  • Academic advisors
  • Papers
  • Final thesis project
  • Academic scholarships

In you believe it is possible to develop a master’s program without a university or paying tuition, than that is what I am doing. I am reading the classics, forging a curriculum from my primordial reading list, I have several informal advisors or at least inspirations. I am writing articles that apply the material. I am taking extensive notes on each book and the culminating project of my three-year master’s project (2003-2006) is writing this book. (Unfortunately there are no academic scholarships yet, but I’m hopeful.) Perhaps when I am done, others can follow in this highly integrated study.

It is just an idea now, let us see where it grows.
