“Last of Its Kind.” Only 4 Swinhoe turtles exist in the world. This one of mythological magnitude in a lake in the center of Hanoi, Vietnam made a rare appearance before hundreds of wellwishers (see right). Two turtles reside in Chinese zoos and one was recently discovered in a river. |
