Dell Ducks In Action

Most of these beauties were created for the Normandy invasion. They proved quite flexible, carrying airplanes and tanks across water ways. At the end of the war, it was cheaper simply to leave them there than bring them back. All the DUCKS in the US came from a lot that was never used and was auctioned off by the US Army. We rode the ducks to explore the geological formations in the Wisconsin River.
